Ohhhhh yes, we're breaking palette. We're still in Part 1 here, but moving on from the "start" of the story (it was a bit of a prologue, be real), into introducing immediate plot points, all that. Yes, PLOT?!

I love the way you're using colour - it creates a restful sensation in the eye

Thank you! I start off shading with white and three shades of grey, then overlay a couple layers of solid colour on top. After that, gradient abuse!
